Ethics & Integrity Training

clear the stressors and fears that corner you

"Ethics & Integrity Training" can seem scary and vague - as if someone was going to come in and tell you exactly where and how you are failing to "do the right thing," and then look down their nose at you and tell you to shape up.

At eggmedia, we take a more indirect route to ethics and integrity training - with the thought that everyone wants to do the right thing - it's just that fears and stressors make people feel cornered or stuck between a rock and a hard place. And, when feeling cornered, people often choose what they think is the easier path, rather than what they know to be the right path.

Our ethics and integrity motto is quite simple: "You're the one who has to live with your decisions, so make decisions you can live with." So the goal of our ethics and integrity training is not to set down any moral code, but to give you tools that will free you from the emotional panic that drives decisions (or rash actions) that will not sit well with you.

In training sessions ranging from 3 to 15 hours, and designed for groups of up to 30 participants, we help to lengthen the fuse between your feelings and your actions - allowing you to think more critically about the potential motives behind and consequences of your actions. We also give you the tools to clear the irrational or ingrained fears that typically drive unethical behaviours.

While out ethics and integrity training programs definitely are relevant to the workplace, their application can be far broader, and participants in our programs often comment on how our training helped them through difficult times in all sorts of relationships - with co-workers, employees and employers, as well as in romaince, friendship and family.
